Musa has been working at Thyssen Schachtbau since 2021 and feels very comfortable there despite his wide-ranging and demanding responsibilities. These include shift planning and supervision, conducting safety briefings, maintaining material master data, planning and scheduling transports, and many other tasks. He told us that projects are always carried out with a high level of precision within a defined timeframe, which is particularly important in this industry. He also emphasized that occupational safety must never be compromised—his employees always come first.
